YOUR CALENDAR
Browse recent months, tap any date to add or remove a period day, and choose a wider range whenever you need it.
Solid-colored days are logged period days. Outlined days show an estimated fertile window. Calendar predictions can be off and are not birth control.
Your cycle, your rhythm.
Here’s what’s happening and what’s next.
Your cycle’s opening scene: your uterus is shedding its lining. Cramps or low energy can show up, but every body has its own version.
A reset chapter. Hormones and follicles are shifting gears; you might feel a lift in energy, or you might not.
An egg may be released around here, so pregnancy is more possible. This date is an estimate, never birth control.
After ovulation, your body moves into its next chapter. Notice what helps you feel steady as your period gets closer.

FERTILITY DAYS
Cyelle can estimate a fertile window from your cycle dates.
Calendar estimates cannot confirm ovulation or count as birth control. Pregnancy may still happen outside the estimate.DISCHARGE
You haven’t logged a discharge clue today.
Clear or white discharge can be normal and may get wetter or more noticeable near ovulation. A change in smell or colour, or itching, soreness or pain, is a reason to check in with a health professional. NHS guide.
SYMPTOMS & MOOD
Log energy, mood and symptoms in Daily Check-in when you want to. After a few cycles, look for things that repeat for you instead of treating a phase like a prediction.

Cyelle can compare the period starts you log and show how your cycle varies. A pattern is more useful than one perfect-looking month.

Try warmth, a drink of water, a stretch, a snack, or a slower evening if that would help. You don’t have to earn rest, and none of these is a rule.
PREGNANCY BASICS
Pregnancy is more possible around ovulation, but a calendar can only estimate when that may happen. If you’re avoiding pregnancy, don’t rely on Cyelle’s predictions; a clinician or sexual-health service can help you choose contraception that suits you.

Today's Reflection
THE CYCLE FIELD GUIDE
Four phases, zero pressure to feel them a certain way. The useful part is learning what repeats for you.
Think of your cycle as a changing pattern, not a monthly mood forecast. Hormones shift through four overlapping chapters; dates, energy, symptoms and discharge can be clues to your rhythm. Cyelle can help you notice what repeats for you, but it can’t diagnose or promise how any day will feel.
The wheel keeps turning. Choose a phase or use the arrows to explore.
Day 1 is the first day of bleeding. Your uterus sheds its lining. Cramps or low energy can happen; feeling totally fine is normal too.
Common experiences
Your tiny comfort plan: warmth, water, and permission to rest if that feels good. No gold star for powering through.
Plot twist: this chapter starts on Day 1 too. Follicles develop and estrogen often rises as the uterine lining rebuilds. You may notice more pep, but there’s no right way to feel.
Common experiences
💡 Try noticing what feels easier this week. That’s a clue about your pattern, not a promise for every cycle.
Ovulation is when an ovary releases an egg. Pregnancy is most possible in the days around it: sperm can survive for several days, so the fertile window starts before ovulation. A calendar can only estimate the timing.
Common experiences
💡 Clear, slippery or stretchy discharge can show up near ovulation. Log what you notice; it’s a clue, not a guarantee or contraception.
After ovulation, progesterone usually rises. Some people notice PMS, tender breasts, cravings or slower energy; others feel little. This chapter ends when the next period begins.
Common experiences
💡 If a symptom keeps visiting, jot it down for a few cycles. Your own repeat pattern is more useful than a generic phase stereotype.
